本期金融行业同行小聚，我们邀请到资深金融从业者Howard Feng(冯浩)为我们分享他在风险管理和量化分析方面的独特经验以及如何在大型全球金融机构整合资源和统筹规划。

Currently Risk Director, Fraud and Operational Risk Management, Santander Bank US (SBNA)
Since 1996, Howard has built a career in risk management, program/project management, business analysis, and business architecture in financial services, including trading and capital market. Howard is a results-driven executive who has established a track record of executing complex cross-organizational initiatives in large global financial institutions, seamlessly bridging the gap between business and technology.
Earlier in his career at Thomson Reuters, JPMorgan Chase, State Street Risk & Technology organization, Howard has gained extensive experience in large IT organizations, managing organization with multi-million-dollar budget, laying architectural foundation and leading mission-critical projects/technology initiatives. Through many transformation initiatives, he championed effort leveraging global (onshore and offshore) resources in full software development life cycle (SDLC) and with Agile development approaches. At State Street Corporation, Howard dedicated his energy to drive risk excellence effort in the Enterprise Risk area, through BCBS239 (Risk Data Aggregation and Reporting, including Risk Data Governance & Quality), CCAR, SR11-10 (Interagency Counterparty Credit Risk Management) and other Market, Credit, Liquidity Risk related regulatory initiatives at State Street. Most recently at SBNA, Howard has been utilizing his unique blend of experience in risk management/quantitative analysis, as well as business architectural skills to drive and build risk solutions that are scalable, extensible and flexible for the business to adopt.
Howard holds degrees of Bachelor in Computer Science from Tsinghua University in China, M. S. in Computer Science from the Ohio State University, as well as MBA from Babson College with concentration in Entrepreneurship and General Management. Howard co-authored “Fundamentals of Web Applications Using .Net and XML”, First Edition, Pearson Education, March 2002. He is also a holder of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation since 2007.
